Boat Winterization and Off-Season Storage

Properly preparing your boat for the winter is essential to a trouble-free start to next year’s boating season. It also prolongs the life of your craft, maximizing your investment and ensuring carefree boating for years to come.

We offer comprehensive winterization and storage services for boaters throughout the Kawartha Highlands region.

The winterization service you need will depend on the type of engine you have. We service all 2-stroke and 4-stroke PWC engines, all sizes of 2-stroke and 4-stroke outboard carburated or fuel injected engines, and all makes of inboard engines and outdrives

When we winterize your engine, we also check its operation, make minor adjustments and repairs, and replace service parts as necessary. If we discover any major problems that require attention, you will be notified and asked for repair authorization so that your boat is ready when spring arrives.

We offer covered storage inside one of our 4 storage buildings, or we can supply shrink-wrapped storage in our yard. Our storage facilities are located less than 100 metres from our year-round home, so your boat is well looked after all winter.
